

EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) can provide residential rent and utility assistance to eligible individuals and families who have been impacted directly or indirectly by the COVID-19 pandemic. Both landlords and tenants must apply through the Department of Commerce Rent Relief Portal.

Tenants

A valid form of identification for all individuals in household 18 years and older (Passport, Driver’s License, any government issued ID)

Signed copy of current lease agreement if available or last two rent payment receipts

Utility Bill in tenant or landlord’s name

Last three pay period check stubs

Letter from Social Security Office and/or Retirement Office.
