Broadband Equity Access and Deployment
The Broadband Coordination Opportunities Redevelopment and Deployment (BCORD) Office of American Samoa Department of Commerce is proud to announce as of December 5, 2025 the American Samoa BEAD Final Proposal has been approved and awarded. These funds will be input on the American Samoa BEAD Final Proposal.
Funding amounts and locations may be adjusted after location verification and prior to subgrantee agreement finalization.

Fraud, Waste & Abuse Reporting
Talofa, The BCORD Office is accepting complaints and reports for allegations of fraud, waste and abuse in BCORD programs or operations, including any organization or entity receiving BCORD funds. Allegations may be reported 24 hours a day, seven days a week by BCORD contractors or the public. Our Online Complaint Form can be accessed to file a complaint. In addition we have also included contact information to both the American Samoa Government Legal Aid (Attorney General) Office as well as the Territorial Audit Office.
