Business Recovery Capital Program
The Business Recovery Capital Program (BRCP) is designed to include the following components: 1) Small Business Line of Credit (LOC) program; and 2) Grant program. The goal of the program is to provide local businesses, specifically those significantly impacted by the pandemic, with the credit and capital required to respond to the impacts of the virus and support local economy recovery.

DOC has developed policies and procedures to effectively manage these programs such that the programs are sustainable, long-term capital access programs.

AS Broadband iNEI Initiative
The COVID-19 public health emergency has underscored the importance of universally available, high-speed, reliable, and affordable broadband coverage as millions of Americans rely on internet to participate in, among critical activities, remote school, healthcare, and work. Cash Assistance Program
The goal of the Cash Assistance Program (CAP) is to provide relief to non-essential businesses impacted by COVID-19 restrictions declared in the State of Public Health Emergency of American Samoa. The CAP helps pay for operational and overhead expenses. Eligible applicants must complete a CAP application with required supporting documentation.
