Public comments must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. Interested individuals are also invited to attend a Public Hearing at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at DOC Conference Room, on the 2nd Floor of the Executive Office Building in Utulei.
