This Public Notice is posted to advise the community that a request will be submitted to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Community Planning and Development to reprogram unidentified funds to the listed projects (see attachment).
In accordance with the American Samoa Government citizen participation plan, the public is invited
to comment during normal business hours for 30-days following the date of publication at the
Department of Commerce, located on the 2ⁿᵈ floor of the A.P. Lutali Executive Office Building in
Utulei. Comments must be submitted by the close of business on January 28th, 2022, to the Department of Commerce, addressed to the Community Development Block Grant program.
