NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The American Samoa Government will submit the Program Year 2022 Annual Action Plan (AAP). This notice is for the 30-day public review period, which begins Friday, July 15, 2022, and runs through Monday, August 15, 2022.
Public comments on the PY2022 AAP drafts are welcome within the 30-day comment period as required and provided in the provisions of 24 CFR Part 91. The draft is available at the Department of Commerce, 2nd floor of the A.P. Lutali Executive Office Building during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
A public hearing on PY2022 AAP will be held at the Department of Commerce Conference Room on Monday, August 15, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. Translation into and out of the native language (Samoan) that is widely spoken will be provided at the meeting.
The Community Planning and Development (CPD) Programs of American Samoa complies with 24 CFR 91.220 (i) and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services, or special modifications to participate in the public meeting or to comment on the AAP draft may contact Director Petti Matila at 633-5155 for assistance.
