In an effort to rebuild our local economy since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Business Recovery Capital Program (BRCP) funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and administered by the American Samoa Department of Commerce (ASDOC) has approved 9 recipients as of today under the Revolving Line of Credit (RLOC) Program. As a requirement under ARPA Oversight Office, ASDOC must make all approved recipients publicly available.
