NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the American Samoa Government will submit a Program Year 2022 Annual Action Plan (AAP). This notice is for 30-day public review period, which begins Thursday, September 8, 2022 and runs through October 8, 2022.
Public comments on the PY2022 AAP drafts are welcome within the 30-day comment period as required and provided in the provisions of 24 CFR Part 91. The draft is available at the Department of Commerce, 2nd floor of the A.P. Lutali Executive Office Building during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
A public hearing on PY2022 AAP will be held at the Department of Commerce Conference Room on Monday, October 10, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. Translation into and out of native language (Samoan) that is widely spoken will be provided at the meeting.
The Community Planning and Development (CPD) Programs of American Samoa complies with 24 CFR 91.220 (i) and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services, or special modifications to participate in the public meeting or to comment on the AAP draft may contact Director Petti T. Matila at 633-5155 for assistance.
