On or about March 23, 2023, the Department of Commerce, American Samoa Government will submit a request to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the release of Community Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $241,122 Under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as amended to undertake a project known as the Ofu Wharf Terminal to convert an existing structure into a new terminal facility to serve the traveling and transportation needs of the public.
